SINAG: Rise & Reclaim

A Multidisciplinary Wellness Event for Filipino Caregivers & Helping Professionals

Are you the one everyone relies on at work, at home, in your community?

Many Filipino caregivers, helping professionals, and changemakers are used to being the “strong ones.” We show up, push through, and take care of others often without realizing how much stress and responsibility we’re carrying in our own bodies.

SINAG: Rise & Reclaim is a multidisciplinary wellness event designed to create space for Filipino caregivers and helping professionals to pause, reconnect, and learn how to care for others without losing themselves in the process.

This collaborative experience brings together trauma-informed approaches from psychotherapy, coaching, somatic practice, and movement - offering both insight and practical tools you can apply in your daily life.

During this event, you will:

  • Gain a deeper understanding of how stress and burnout affect your nervous system

  • Recognize patterns of over-functioning, people-pleasing, and chronic stress

  • Experience simple, body-based practices to support regulation and recovery

  • Connect with a community that understands the pressures of caregiving and cultural expectations

This is not a therapy session, but a space for awareness, connection, and meaningful reflection.

If you’ve been feeling tired, overwhelmed, or disconnected while still “functioning,” this event is for you.
