As a trauma therapist and a psychiatric emergency nurse, I offer a space where you donโ€™t have to explain everything, perform, or pretend to be okay.

Maybe youโ€™ve been moving through life in survival mode โ€” exhausted, shut down, or constantly on edge โ€” and wondering why things still feel so hard. Therapy offers a space to slow down, make sense of whatโ€™s been happening beneath the surface, and reconnect with parts of yourself that have been buried under stress or pain.
