It’s ideal if you’re seeking clarity or emotional support without an ongoing commitment. We take a Solution-Focused Therapy approach, meaning we’ll help you explore what’s already working, build on your strengths, and focus on practical, forward-moving strategies you can apply right away.
We’ll also draw from other evidence-based modalities like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, and Emotion-Focused Therapy as needed. This integrative approach allows us to tailor the session to your unique needs.
